Leigh Youdale
He contributed in various ways to the design, development and delivery of training in Leadership, Change Management, Quality Management, Team Building, Mentoring and Process Improvement. He also led the design, development and deployment of an integrated management system for Safety, Health & Environment management and its alignment with the Quality Management System.
Leigh now consults and trains in organisations anticipating or experiencing significant change, or which want to adopt practical measures for improved quality, safety or environmental management.
Leigh's key capabilities include Behavioural Safety Management Systems, Process Re-engineering and Cycle Time Reduction, Organisational Effectiveness Assessments based on Australian Quality Awards Criteria, Organisational Change Strategies and the implementation and integration of Quality, Safety and Environmental management systems.

Leigh has had extensive experience in manufacturing, principally in the food and grain processing industries. Involvement included factory management, process design and engineering in flour and feed milling, bread and biscuits manufacture and retail food packaging. More recently he was General Manager of an autonomous subsidiary of CSR and then became deeply involved in the introduction of Quality Management and Risk Management processes in CSR. In the last position Leigh also acted as Secretary to the Board Committee for Safety, Health and Environment.
