John White Graduate Diploma Training and Development, Diploma Information Technology The Growth Connection Network Consultant   John White is the director of JJW Consultancy. John specialises in increasing business and individual results through the development of achievement oriented people, teams and cultures. John's approach is based on 20 years of management experience, working in rapidly changing organisations in the U.K. and Australia. His consulting style is down to earth, practical and pragmatic and focuses on increasing the capability of people and their organisations. Over the last seven years John has worked with a number of semi-Government, Information Technology, Recruitment and Finance companies - including IBM, Australia Post, Telstra, Mercantile Mutual, and the Australian Stock Exchange. Recently he has been providing a range of long and short-term initiatives that enhance the performance of management teams and their staff. He is currently working with a rapidly growing organisation to prepare it for a public float. John's key capabilities are in the areas of management and team development, management tools, change, personal effectiveness, mentoring, evaluating capability, performance management, facilitation and recruitment His major strength is that he helps people to take the action required to create the results they desire.
