Imogen has over twenty six years successful experience as a Human Resources Manager and Consultant including organisational change, mentoring, career planning and development and leadership. Her particular strengths lie in applying her knowledge of organisation dynamics to people development and personal growth and change.
During her consulting career with Urwick International, Price Waterhouse Urwick and in the last fourteen years of managing her own consultancy firm, Imogen has established an excellent reputation for her integrity and successful solutions. She is a warm and inspiring facilitator, and she has become recognised as a public speaker and spokesperson on organisational change, mentoring and women's issues. Imogen also combines her extensive management and consulting experience to offer individual corporate coaching, supporting clients in their development to reach their true organisational potential.

Imogen is regarded as one of the leading Australian experts in mentoring. Frequently called upon for her opinions by journalists, Imogen is also an accomplished speaker and writer in this area. Imogen has successfully designed, implemented and evaluated twenty-seven mentoring programs throughout Australia, ranging in focus from front line staff, to graduates, to executives. Each program is designed to fit the unique needs of the organisation and its objectives. Imogen has extensive experience with the development of managers within organisations.
