Sandra O'Neill
Sandra's special achievements include managing the Skill Centre of the NSW Retail and Wholesale Industry Training Council including strategic planning, budgeting, marketing and day to day operations; designing company wide strategic training plans for major retail and wholesale organisations; and managing store operations for a national retail chain opening 13 new stores in an 18 month period.
Her key capabilities include team building, leadership, management development, interpersonal communications, developing a service culture, coaching and counselling, presentations skills, and delegation.

Sandra has held management roles in several organisations in a variety of industries and organisations. She has a special interest in inter-personal dynamics and communications, leading to a higher level of skill development in these areas. She established her own company, Optim Training and Consulting, in 1995 specialising in these skills, people management and Train The Trainer Programs for learning organisations.
