John Matthews B.A., M.A. The Growth Connection Network Consultant   John has helped implement mentoring programs with The Growth Connection with Westpac, MLC, Lend Lease and AGL. He trains executive coaches and has developed coaching programs for the Commonwealth Bank, IBM and Employment National. Originally from the U.S. John has worked as a national speaker for Simon & Schuster Publishing Company and has developed adult education programs throughout North America. He has worked with front line customer service training as well as one on one coaching with chief executive officers of several Australian companies.
