Michael van Heeswyk
In 1986 Michael created his own consultancy business, Management, Education and Training Services. Initially, this business focussed on the Government Training Levy Requirements providing assistance with Business Plans, Needs Analysis and Training Audits. He has consulted to large and small multi-national companies in Health & Lifestyle, Finance & Insurance, Education & Training, and the Metal Trades Industries.
Michael is a skilled facilitator and has conducted many focus groups covering customer service, customer satisfaction, managing quality, marketing and goal setting. He has been an A.I.E.S.E.C. International Facilitator for human resource development, government planning and developing corporate responsibility.
He has been a Consultant to the Pacific Circle Consortium (OECD) in USA and Australian Government. He has co-authored two economic texts and has presented and chaired at many conferences in Australia, the United States, Europe, South America and Asia on "Networking Around The Pacific Rim" and Model United Nations Assemblies. In 1995 he was presented with a Paul Harris Fellow for services to international education by Rotary International.
