Anna Harper
Whilst in Hong Kong, Anna in her capacity as Director of Client Services for an international consultancy was responsible for managing a major cultural change program, worldwide, for an international airline.
Anna has extensive and practical experience of the dynamics of cultural diversity and its impact on business. She is able to design and facilitate training and workshops in cultural diversity, cross cultural business awareness, leadership and management development, communication skills and organisational change processes.

Anna is an interculturist of long-standing. After graduating from university she joined the international division of a large multi-national with whom she worked for twelve years in expatriate positions throughout Europe and Asia and reached the position of Marketing Manager. Her twenty-five years in the business environment, involving nine years working in South East Asia and Japan, has given her extensive experience in managing numerous change processes, both at an organisational and individual level, particularly the assimilation of different cultures. Anna also gained experience in various levels of management, including General Management of a consulting firm.
