Ebohr Munoz
By building trust and understanding with clients he supportively and purposefully challenges how their objectives can best be met in real life application.
His work has a focus on the area of conflict resolution and facilitated decision-making. Working with small and large groups he has created facilitation projects that encourage creative thinking and sustain patterns of effective negotiation. His attention to the building blocks of successful communication has enabled his clients to achieve positive outcomes in areas such as urban planning, infrastructure development, community planning, environmental management and building design.
As an adult learning facilitator he addresses new perceptions to conflict, strategies for generating agreement and positive responses to challenging situations. He follows a coaching approach, encouraging individuals to develop insights and build on their existing capabilities.
Ebohr's facilitation and coaching skills have also been applied to projects for strategy development and consultation with the general public and business community.
A genuine interest in making meaningful impacts has characterised Ebohr's career, with previous experience as a lawyer, policy advisor, community advocate and mediator. His effectiveness as a mediator has been reflected in his appointments as independent facilitator for two national dispute resolution programs in the financial services sector.
Ebohr's facilitation and training skills are supported by Certification as an NLP Practitioner (2000) and a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training (2001). Formal mediation training has been completed with the Accord Group (1999), NSW Ombudsman's Office (1998) and the Australian Commercial Disputes Centre (1997). He also has a Bachelor in Commerce and Laws from the University of NSW (1993).
