    B.Sc. (Hons) Sociology (London University)
    Principal of The Growth Connection.
    Imogen has over twenty six years successful experience as a line manager and consultant in Human Resource Management, career planning and development, mentoring, training design and delivery and organisational change. Her particular strengths lie in applying her knowledge of organisation dynamics to people development.

    Michael Davies
    Bachelor of Social Work (Hons) UNSW
    Michael's consultancy covers areas of effective communication, conflict resolution and negotiation, personal presentation skills as well as teamwork/team building and mediator. From this background has moved to focusing on process facilitation within the area of organisational change and the translation of new approaches into effective work practices.

    Anna Harper
    Bachelor of Fine Arts, Post Grad. Communication Management.
    Anna is an accomplished facilitator of cultural diversity, cross-cultural awareness, organisational change, team dynamics, mentoring and coaching, leadership development and communication skills. With twenty-five years in the business environment, twelve of which working in S.E and N.E. Asia, Anna has extensive experience in managing numerous change processes, particularly the assimilation of different cultures.

    Tina has over 20 years experience as a successful communicator and change agent developing an unique facilitation style which uses experiential and accelerated learning. Tina draws upon adult learning principals to make learning concrete and active. Her expertise and skills in facilitation and coaching are complemented by a diverse academic background in social and behavioural sciences.

    Sandra's career has embraced management roles in a variety of industries and organisations and has made a study of learning techniques, philosophies and practices culminating in the design and development of programs for people management and Train the Trainer for learning organisations.

    Michael van Heeswyk
    B. Economics, B. Education, Masters (Policy & Management specialising in Organisational Development)
    Michael's educational and career experience in senior management appointments have given him the expertise for consultancy in management, educational and training services. As a skilled facilitator he has conducted many focus groups covering customer service/satisfaction, managing quality, marketing and goal setting. Michael has presented and chaired many conferences nationally and internationally and was awarded for his services to international education by Rotary International.

    John has helped implement The Growth Connection mentoring programs with many clients as well as developing coaching programs and training executive coaches for public and private organisations. His career includes being a national speaker for a large US publishing company and the development of adult education programs throughout North America.

    John has twenty years of management experience working in rapidly changing organisations in the UK and Australia. He has developed a consulting style which is practical and pragmatic and focuses on increasing the capability of people and their organisations by helping people to take the action required to create the results they desire.

    Harvey Baden
    Graduate Diploma in Business Studies.
    Harvey Baden specialises in corporate change, executive coaching and staff development. His primary interest is in working closely with people to develop and encourage their communication, individually and within a team environment.

    Melinda is a dynamic, engaging facilitator with a diverse training background. She has designed and facilitated programs at tertiary level in management and marketing, incorporating leading edge trends and approaches into her work.

    Ebohr Munoz
    Bachelor of Commerce/Laws, NLP Practitioner
    Ebohr is a passionate facilitator, mediator and trainer with over 5 years as a specialist in conflict resolution. His experience spans resolution of multi-party conflicts, facilitation of stakeholder forums, mediation of financial services disputes, training in conflict resolution and facilitation of strategy development. He provides clients with valuable learning opportunities and supports purposeful communication which enables creative outcomes from conflict situations and group decision-making.
