Harvey Baden
Harvey has been a Golf professional, Australian Army Officer, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and directed the Training and Development departments of international companies.
Over the last seven years he has worked as an in-house consultant in Organisational Development in the Pharmaceutical industry working with the Senior Management Teams and Boards of Directors in the development of corporate Mission, Vision and Values.
In addition to the above Harvey provided a consulting service both nationally and internationally in product marketing, strategic leadership and behavioural style recognition. He has developed strong facilitation skills with Senior Executives and Line Managers in succession planning, business planning and team development.
Harvey's key capabilities include Leadership 360, Change Management, Teaming, Personal Coaching and Sales Processes.
