Personal Coaching Philosophy

Imogen coaches individuals with the aim of helping them to achieve their true and unique potential. Supportive through change, Imogen helps managers to identify and address blockages in their process in addition to capitalising on their natural strengths. Imogen also helps individuals find congruency with the values and vision of the organisation.

Coaching Qualifications

Imogen has a Bachelor of Science (Sociology) and post graduate qualifications in education and psychology. She is a trained and skilled counsellor in addition to numerous inter-personal accreditations, including the MBTI, DiSC and NLP. She has recently been accredited by the Australian Institute of Executive Coaching.

Coaching Experience

Imogen has worked with organisations for over twenty four years, and in addition to coaching and consulting Imogen has worked in senior management positions (including as Human Resources Director) and offers this unique combined perspective to the people she coaches. Imogen has coached at many levels including executives, senior management, middle and line managers as well as high potential employees at every level.

Organizational Experience

A selection of organisations that Imogen has worked with include Bankers Trust, Westpac, Citibank, MLC/LendLease, Zurich Australia, Toyota Financial Services, Colonial State Bank, Pfizer Australia, BHP, CSR, AGL and the Australian Securities Commission. Imogen coaches within organisation programs and with individuals to help them develop their own skills and those of their staff.

Strengths & Aptitudes

Imogen is a warm and engaging coach who has the ability to challenge managers in a safe way. She assists others to gain insights into themselves and their preferred management and leadership styles in addition to supporting them in their development of skills ranging from the management of change, strategic planning, and project management to teamwork and developing and managing effective relationships.
