Personal Coaching Philosophy
John is interested in helping today's business leaders reach higher levels of performance as quickly and effectively as possible. He believes that coaching helps fast track individuals towards their goals in ways that they wouldn't have been able to do on their own.
Coaching Qualifications
John has a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters Degree in Adult Education. He is accredited in Advanced Training, Intensive Journal Writing (Ira Progoff) and he is a licensed trainer and facilitator of The EmPower® Process (Norden-Powers). John also currently trains corporate coaches within organisations and individually.
Coaching Experience
John is one of the most experienced corporate coaches in Australia. He has over 3,000 hours of face to face coaching of senior executives across all industries in the public and private sector. He is the co-founder of The Australian Institute of Executive Coaching.
Organizational Experience
John has some 20 years experience across the corporate sector in the United States and Australia. He has been a trainer and facilitator and executive coach in the Executive Leadership Programs for Zurich, Lend Lease and the Commonwealth Bank. He also has experience with corporate culture transition, being a pivotal member of the team that managed this process during the Simon & Schuster merger.
