Personal Coaching Philosophy
A Corporate Coach for the past 15 years. Michael's focus is on ensuring that clients lift their performance skills and behaviours, apply world best management practice and hold individuals accountable for their own learning and development. Each coaching session is underpinned with improving the "bottom line". Coaching is intensely personal so the learning process must be challenging, rewarding and also enjoyable.
Coaching Qualifications
He holds degrees in Economics and Education and a Masters Degree in Management. Michael is accredited in various inter-personal diagnostic instruments. He trains corporate coaches "How To Coach", facilitates coaching training workshops and ensures corporate coaches adhere to coaching methodologies to lift performance skills.
Coaching Experience
He has coached over 1,000 executives, senior and middle managers across the Finance, Banking & Investment, Accounting, Legal, and IT sectors. His clients are world wide and currently he works with senior executives and managers in New York, L.A., Chicago, Amsterdam, Tokyo, Singapore as well as all the capital cities in Australia.
Organizational Experience
He is coaching currently with CBA, Institutional Banking, Infra-Structure Finance, Advice Products, New York Bank Group, Citibank, Zurich, and TransGrid. He has also coached executives at BT Trust, Lend Lease and MLC.

Michael's 20 years of business experience gives clients confidence in lifting their skills and focusing on their business outcomes. He was recently recognised as best Coach/Facilitator for 2000/2001 by an International Coaching Organisation. Michael has coached in performance management, change management, diversity, negotiation, project management, succession planning and extensive board facilitations.
