Ann Harper
Personal Coaching Philosophy
Ann uses specific techniques, experiential processes and holistic strategies to set an environment where individuals enhance their understanding and learning of the principles that motivate them and others.
Coaching Qualifications
Ann holds a degree in Fine Arts and Post Graduate Diplomas in Communication & Management and Design Management. She is currently completing a Master of Applied Science (Chaos and Complexity) at the University of Western Sydney to complement her extensive portfolio of inter-personal instruments and indicators. She is accredited with the Australian Institute of Executive Coaching.
Coaching Experience
Ann has coached the senior management team of Ogilvy and Mather, the 'Top Team' and General Manager of TMP and the senior buying team of Saatchi & Saatchi. She has extensive experience in cross cultural coaching of executives and managers for Royal Bank England, Bankers Trust, American Express, Falconbridge International, Merck Sharp and Dohme and Treasury NSW.
Organizational Experience
Ann has extensive experience in assessment of the organisational culture in relation to business development, restructuring, and critiquing policies. She also has high level experience in cross-cultural development and management, ethical management and strategic planning and the development and management of effective relationships - both within teams and across the organisation.

Ann has developed an excellent reputation for her innovative approach and reliability in achieving results with people from an enormous range of backgrounds. Her twenty-five years in the business environment has given her extensive experience in assisting others to cope with numerous change processes at the organisational and individual level.
