Jennifer has been in the field of business development for the past
12 years. Her philosophy towards coaching is that in order to attain a
goal, one must be clear about that goal, define it, focus and have courage
to realise it. Jennifer's style brings together a strong business focus
with a direct insightful curiosity, which helps the client see what is
in front of them to make decisions and take action.
Coaching Qualifications
She has a Bachelor of Science, University of New South Wales, Diploma
Enterprise Planning - Enterprise Development Institute of Australia and
is a certified Investment Readiness Advisor - Business Victoria. Currently
studying for her international accreditation as a business coach through
CoachU Australasia.
Coaching Experience
Jennifer has coached over 50 companies and their executives in the areas
of: high growth- seeking investment, organisational change, project management,
career development and Intrapreneurship. Her clients are in the UK, South
Africa, Hong Kong as well as all over Australia.
Organizational Experience
Jennifer has worked with a number of organisations, including Australian
Business Ltd, the Economic Development Authority (SA State Government),
UNSW - ACMAD (Australian Centre for Management Accounting Development),
Hartley Boynton Stockbrokers and the Health Services Association of NSW.
